Mangaluru : Urwa police led by SI Ravish Naik team arrested Rowdy-sheeter Sampath Bhandary (35) here on Monday, May 4 at Panjimogaru.

As per complaint a city bus owner alleged Sampath threatening him. The police also seized a sword from the accused.

According to the sources, Sampath was involved in the murder of rowdy sheeter Vamanjoor Rohi alias Rohidas Shetty in 2009 and is facing nearly 14 cases in Kavoor station.
