Mangaluru: There is no hidden agenda behind transfer of Dakshina Kannada DC, MLA UT Khader is simply giving political angle to the transfer orders of Sindhu B Rupesh said District in-charge minister Kota Srinivas Poojary on Wednesday, July 29.
Speaking to the allegations made by UT Khader against state government with regard to DC’s transfer Kota said, “State Government have been following this format of shuffling IAS/IPS officers for a very long time, UT Khader is simply putting allegations against our government., he said,
The death threat against Sindhu the home ministry department has already filed a Suo Moto case and will definitely punish the accused,” informed the minister.
He further questioned,” When you were the minister many police officers were threatened, why did you not raise your voice then.
On Wednesday, July 28 after Karnataka government issued transfer order to Sindhu B Roopesh, UT Khader alleged, “The state government instead of nabbing the accused and punishing him/her who threatened they DC, they transferred her”
“In such a situation the ministers should support DC not transfer her. While coronavirus is torturing humans the BJP Government is torturing the district administration authorities,” said Khader.
The State Government transferred at least 12 IAS officers in Karnataka on Tuesday.
