Mangaluru : A tempo collided with a tipper vehicle on Pumpwell flyover on Thursday, May 14.

A driver of a tempo was severely injured after the accident at around 7.15 am was hospitalized.

The tempo bearing registration No. KL 14 V 3651 was moving towards Kerala with a load of vegetables.

It is said, When the vehicle was moving from near Indian Hospital, a motorbike overtook the tempo. The tempo driver lost control over the vehicle and rammed into a tipper that was moving ahead.

He was taken to a nearby hospital in an ambulance and admitted there.

Traffic police reached the spot thereafter and undertook investigation.
