Mangaluru : Vishwa Hindu Parishad and Bajrangdal hold a picketing at the residence of businessman B M Basha at Mastikatte in Ullal, in the wake of the recent NIA raids on the residence over suspected ISIS links of some of the family members.

The Ullal Police who prevented the protestors from picketing the house, took VHP leader Sharan Pumpwell and many others into custody.

The VHP and Bajrangdal activists staged a protest in the area holding placards with writings denouncing ISIS terrorists and demanding a law against Love Jihad.

The VHP Secretary Sharan Pampwel, District Secretary Shivananda Mendon, Zilla Sanchalak Prasad Attavar, Zilla Suraksh Chetan Asigoli, Balu Attavar, Santosh Attavar, Arjun Modoor and Pramod Pampwel and others were present.
