Mangaluru : Two bike-borne assailants assaulted a VHP leader  on Monday, September 24.

Harish Shetty is identified as the person assaulted.  He has been taken to a private hospital.

Harish Shetty was a service bus agent in Mangaluru.

According to police sources, at around 8 pm, two persons came on a bike and attacked Harish Shetty.

Harish Shetty suffered injuries on his hand and head and admitted in AJ hospital.

The Bajpe police registereda case in this regard.
