Mangaluru : Vikash Kumar Vikash took over charge as the new city police commissioner on Monday June 29.

Dr P S Harsha has been transferred to Bengaluru as Commissioner of the Information Department.

Vikash Kumar assumed charge of the commissioner today morning.

Vikash Kumar had discharged duty as the superintendent of police of Chikkamagaluru district and also the internal security division, and deputy inspector general of Anti Naxal Force.
