Udupi : Vishwesha Tirtha Swami of Pejawar Mutt said on Monday that his efforts to resolve the impasse between the Subrahmanya Mutt and the Kukke Subrahmanya Temple at Subrahmanya village in Dakshina Kannada are continuing.
In a release issued here, the Pejawar seer said that he had heard the views of both parties and was preparing a compromise plan which would be acceptable to both.
The plan will be finalised in the next round of talks.
Since the president of the Temple Management Committee could not attend the meeting fixed on June 10 because of personal reasons, the talks had been postponed. However since he (Pejawar seer) had to attend some programmes fixed earlier, the talks to resolve the impasse would be held after June 23, the seer added.
