Mangaluru: Two bikers suffered severe injuries while two others narrowly escaped with minor injuries in a serial accident at Thokottu in the city on Tuesday.

The accident took place when a water tanker, in a bid to overtake another vehicle collided into three oncoming bikes.

The injured, Ansar, Anand, Harish and Musthafa were rushed to a hospital in Deralakatte.

The Ullal police booked a case against the lorry driver and are investigating the incident.
