Mangalore : A seventeen year old boy met a watery grave  in the seas at Ullal on June 3, Sunday while another girl accompanying him who was also drowning was rescued by the life guards  at the beach.

The deceased is Ronak (17). The body is yet to be traced, The girl who has been rescued was Husna (15). It is learnt the two along with their family members all totaling nine from Chikmagalur had been to the beach  after visiting Ullal Darga. The mishap is learnt to have taken place when they were playing in the water.

Ullal police have registered a case.
