Mangaluru: “I will hold talks with MP’s of Udupi and Dakshina Kannada district and environment department in order to solve the CRZ problem,” said Minister for fisheries and sports Pramod Madhwaraj.

He was speaking after inaugurating Netravati ferry boat done by Sandpit Bengre Mahajana Sabhe and new passenger port, on Friday.

“An aid of Rs 33 crore from Central for the construction of Mangaluru port is yet to come. I will discuss about this during my Delhi visit from September 27 to 29,” he said.

MLA J R Lobo, MCC member Meera K Karkera, Bengre Mahajana Sabhe President Chetan Bengre and others were present.
