Vittal : Pushpa (28) and her seven year old son Sharath Kumar’s bodies were found in a pond of a plantation at Chandalike near Vittal on October 4, Friday. Both  had earlier gone missing since October 4.

Pushpa was the wife of Janardhan and has two more daughters. As per the complaint lodged by Janardhan, Pushpa had left home on Wednesday afternoon to the school of her daughters and also to meet her grand father,but never returned.

The bodies were found floating in the plantation owned by Gangadhar Gowda nearby. It was Gangadhar who first saw the bodies on Friday and informed the police.

Vittal SI Madhava Kudlu visited the spot and investigations are progressing.
