Mangalore: Justice Nagmohan Das Karnataka High Court was in Mangalore to run a workshop giving adequate information to Mangalore taluk gram Panchayat members in Town Hall with a view to know their responsibilities after due elections to basic units of self rule, on behalf of DK ZP and DK Legal Services Authority, on Saturday morning (Nov.13).

When Hindus were in majority, leaders asked what name should be given to this new country-Hindustan, Bharat or India? The reply given by people was a secular state, not in favour of any community.
