Mangalore: Today is ‘Photography Day’ world over as photographers continue clicking nature, animals, birds, human beings in great zeal. A photography exhibition is on at the St. Alloysius’ College (SAC) Hall today. Fr. Swebert D’ Silva as the as the Guest of Honour, addressed the distinguished gathering. Dayananda Kukkaje of Daijiworld media exhibited 190 photos on the occasion.
Chief Guest Sudhir Shetty spoke after inaugurating the show, to advise students to have creature thought and vision to make a success of human life. Bearys Literary Academy chairman, Abdul Rehaman as Guest of honour opined that News illustrated by photos becomes an endearing dish to absorb for the readers. Kukkaje told his admirers that he had nine exhibitions of his photos.
The world photography Day is celebrated across the Globe, Australia, United Kingdom, United states, Philippines, Japan, India, Canada, Croatia, Malaysia, New Zealand, Indonesia, Italy, Romania, Singapore, Serbia, Spain, France, Mexico, South Africa and Nepal celebrating it as a festival.
