Mumbai: The state is being set to project Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi as the Prime Ministerial candidate of the BJP with even former Karnataka Chief Minister BS Yeddyurappa making a strong case for Modi while speaking to reporters during his visit to Mumbai to take part in the National Executive Meeting of the BJP.
Yeddyurappa said the whole nation was eagerly awaiting to see Modi as its prime minister. He also said the BJP need to project Modi as its prime ministerial candidate during the elections of 2004.
On this occasion Yeddy also chose to once again allege that Ananthkumar himself was responsible for the rift between him and the party.
