Bangalore: All the nine ministers loyal to former CM Yeddyurappa have withdrawn their resignations following an assurance from the high command to take a suitable decision within two to three days on leadership change issue, informed State Rural Development Minister Jagadish Shettar.
With this latest development, there has been a new twist to the ongoing political crisis in the state. It may be recalled here that the efforts made by State party affairs in-charge Dharmendra Pradhan to end the crisis had failed.
It is learnt, the leaders of the warring factions in the BJP are to meet at Delhi in the presence of national leaders this evening to arrive at some reconciliation.
However, Shettar has said the dissidents have not placed any deadline before the high command seeking change in leadership.
