Bangalore : Former Chief Minister Bookanakere Yeddyurappa’s stars are rising again, after Makara Sankramana, and the JD-S spokesman and ex-MLA, Y S V Datta has been trounced in the case of  Bhadra Upper Bank Project corruption.

The Lokayukta Bangalore police who conducted and enquiry as per orders, informed the special LA court on January 30(today), that Yeddy was innocent and gave him a B report on the issue.

Now Datta will face music in the special Court, for his false complaint. He may get a notice demanding more explanation in the matter.

Yeddy appeared in the LA Court, along with his two sons on Monday in regard to Sirajuddin Bash’s complaint on “illegal land denotification” in Rachenahalli. The matter is not disposed of.
