Mangalore :  Two – day free Knee and Shoulder Check up Camp will be organized by the Arthroscopy wing, Department of Orthopedics Yenepoya Medical College and Hospital, Deralakatte, at Yenepoya Medical College and Hospital, Deralakatte, on Saturday, September 18 and 19, 2010 .
Speaking at the press conference held at press club on Tuesday, Dr. M. Sudhakar Shetty, Senior prof. and head of the Orthopedics department, Yenepoya Medical College said the camp is being organized as part of their charitable activity and health care awareness campaign.
Farhad, CEO of Yenepoya Group of Institution will inaugurate the two day camp on Saturday, September 18 at 10.00am at the Hospital Conference Hall. While Y Abdul Kunni, .Director of Academics and Administration Yenepoya Medical College and Hospital will participate as the Chief Guest.
Dr Sudhakar said that, Specialists and Experienced orthopedic Surgeons and renowned experts in the field of sports medicine will be in charge of the Medical camp and will be available for free consultation. Other free facilities available are free X-ray, Free lab investigation and free medicine, CT-Scan; MRI-Scan facilities are available at very nominal and concessional rates, he added.
