Mangaluru: Yogini’s body who jumped into the Phalguni River was found on Thursday evening.

The search operations were stopped on Wednesday due to the bad light and it was resumed on Thursday morning.

Locals, police personnel and fire service personnel conducted the search operations. The body was found at the shores of river at Gurupura. Her body has been sent for the psot-mortem.

Her bag and mobile phone was found on the bridge.

She was working as a helper in Blue Chip Company at Bikampady. She left the working place early because she was not feeling so well.

But she wasn’t returned home till evening 4.30 on Wednesday, so her uncle registered a complaint at Bajpe police station.
