Mangalore : A youth identified as Umer Amash (21) hailing from Bhatkal lost his life when his bike collided against a tanker   at Mukka on April 30, Tuesday.

He was killed on the spot while another person who was pillion riding the bike Mohammad  Aoun was critically injured. He has been admitted to Srinivas Hospital at Mukka.

The deceased Amash was a final year BBA student at Anjuman Institute of Management and Computer Application. The mishap took place when they were on way to Mangalore from Bhatkal.

Suratkal police have registered a case.
