Vittal :   A young woman and her four year daughter who left home in a car of a stranger on Saturday evening are reported missing from Idkidu.

The missing woman is Pramila (27) and her daughter  Vaishnavi (4). The two had left home in a blue colour car along with their clothes, even as other family members were present. Another daughter of the woman was away in school when she left.

The woman’s husband Krishnananda has lodged a complaint in this regard. There are reports that Krishnananda and Pramila had strained relations and that Pramila was in love with a youth of Puttur.
