Mangaluru: In a shocking incident young lovers from Kasargod attempt suicide by consuming poison at Kadri Park on November 26.

The couple are identified as Harshith Kumar (23) of Kasargod and Amrutha P V. He is working as a lab Technician in a private hospital whereas is doing her internship in the same department along with him. who tried to end their lives. The incident took place in the evening hours on Monday.

Reports said that the duo were seen roamig in the park prior to the incident. They have been rushed to hospital by the locals. Both are said to be critical.

A Case has been registered in Kadri police station.
