Mangalore : Police arrested a youth for videographing latest Tulu movie during its first screening at PVR in Mangalore on August 8, Friday.

The arrested is identified as Sharan, a resident of Kulshekhar.

According to the sources, Sharan had borrowed a ticket on first day of Rang tulu movie and entered the theatre with a camera and started recording the movie without the knowledge of PVR authorities.

But the person seated next to Sharan had informed the matter to the notice of the PVR authorities, later he was over to the police.

Getting the information, journalist and movie producer Sukhpal Polali urged the police to take strict action against the accused.

He also said that when the Tulu movie industry is in the developing stage, such an act will become threat to the industry.
