Mangaluru : A youth died in an accident between a motorcycle and scooter at Mudipu here on Thursday July 29.

The deceased identified as  Zhohar (20) resident of Uppala,  and two others in the Vehicle suffered injuries.

It is said as the motorcycle and scooter collided, the motorcyle rider was flung to the road after which he came under the wheels of a speeding bus.

Reportedly, the victim died on the spot. The motorcyclist was plying from Mudipu and the scooter from the opposite direction. As bus was right behind the victim’s vehicle, he came under the wheels of bus as soon as he fell on the road.

Mangaluru Traffic police rushed to the spot.
