Bantwal : A youth found dead on the railway track at Devandabettu during the early hours of July 30, Friday.

The deceased is Karthik (25), son of Kallige resident Lakshman.

It is learnt, Karthik who left home on Thursday evening did not return till late night, when his anxious family starting searching for him. His body was found at around 3 am on the railway track.

Meanwhile, there is some suspicion regarding the cause of his death. Investigations are underway.
