Mangalore : CEO of ZP Dr K N Vijayaprakash, released the Educational Praja report of DK submitted by Praja Yatna, a NGO working for education at Taluk Panchayath Auditorium on Wednesday, April 18,

Speaking on the occasion, he said that Dakshina Kannada will implement RTE Act within a year. After this Dakshina Kannada will be the first to introduce RTE act in the state.

ZP President K T Shailaja Bhat presided over the event.

Eshwar Kateel, president of Health and Education Standing Committee, Zilla Panchayath inaugurated the event.

Moses Jayashekar, deputy director of the department of public instruction, Mahadev Kote of Praja Yatna, deputy project co0ordinator Shivaprakash, D Ed University lecturer Dr N Chandregowda and others were present.
