Mangaluru: Dakshina Kannada district reported three COVID-19 deaths on Wednesday, July 8

The deceased has been identified as a 62-year-old woman from Ullal, 32-year-old woman from Puttur, and a man from Bhatkal aged 60. All three were suffering from various ailments.

The two women died at designated COVID hospital, while the Bhatkal man passed away at a private hospital.

The death toll in the district rose to 29. As per the district bulletin on Tuesday July 7, 1,359 coronavirus positive cases have been recorded in the district out of which 650 were active.
