Udupi: The photograph “Karavaliya Kambala” by Udupi’s senior Photojournalist Astro Mohan  has bagged the first place in the International Photograph contest  conducted by Nikon of United Kingdom. Astro Mohan is a photojournalist with Udayavani.

Nikon  has been conducting contests on different topics  every year and the topic of this contest was ‘Movement.’ It had received entries from different nations and of these five were selected and put for polling on internet and Astro Mohan’s photograph won the highest number of votes and declared winner.
