BJP organises a Homage paying programme of admirers in city for Dr. VS Acharya

VS-SrudanjaliMangalore: DK BJP paid its homage and high tributes to the departed soul of Dr. Vedavyasa S. Acharya, Udupi incharge minister, who passed away recently in Bangalore, in a condolence meeting arranged on Friday, February.17 at Dr. TMA Pai Convention Centre, M. G. Road.

Various religious representatives and Govt. officers joined in to remember Dr. Acharya benevolent services to coastal humanity in Karnataka.

Vs-SruddanjaliD.H. Shankaramurthy Chairman of Legislative Council in an address expressed his shock on the Sudden death, and recalled his years of association with the genial politician who Came up from Udupi Town “Council to be MLA MLC, and minister over a period of 40 years, through he was a doctor.

He inspired many leaders in the state and removed the stains and stigma that marked BJP politicians.

The Mangalore Bishop, remembered Dr. Acharya helping 125th (Jubilee) annual celebration of Diocese just before his death.

VSSZP-CEO Vijay Prakash felt a great loss to society in Dr. Acharya’s sudden departure to the world. Vajradehi Mutt Swamiji B. Ramanath Rai of DKCC, and others spoke with feelings on the sad event.

Hundreds of admirers, been efficacies and wellwishers of coastal  region were present to shed tears.
