Mangalore: BJP youth wing members of the Mangalore South, on Tuesday spent Some time with Jeppu Bhagini (Women) Samaj (Society) Shishu Nilaya (Kids residence) in city, to celebrate Swami Vivekanada’s 150th birthday with orphaned children, bringing them toys and sweets.

Book on Patriotism and national heroes were distributed to older children. Advocate Raghavendra Rao, president of Yuva Morcha was in the chair at the programme.

He told children to cultivate courage, moral/social values, and above all patriotism to die for one’s country.

Several BJP youth members, like Rajesh Shetty and Guruchandran among others, were present at this novel way of celebration.
