Mysore : Speaking to newsmen at Suttur festival at Nanjangud near Mysore on Monday restless CM Yeddyurappa fearfully told them that he was afraid of returning home from Vidhana Saudha as some opposition people were practising black magic against him in Bangalore. He was facing conspiracy of enemies wanting to finish him off in politics, he added. But he refused to name such offenders or criminal minded persons working against him at present.
He told his listeners that opposition leaders were unnecessarily holding him responsible for every thing that went wrong in the State. It was not proper on their part to call him a liar or a thief , as nothing was proved.
The CM arrived in Tumkur by Helicopter before he reached Suttur to attend a festival. He went to Shivakumar Swamiji at Siddaganga Math to secure his blessings. Speaking on the occasion, he said he would rule in Bangalore as CM while the opposition parties did their fights on the streets. He adamantly stated that he would expose all of them in their true colours, and for this purpose, he would undertake a tour of the state for a month, forgetting that the Budget session would begin soon in Feb,2011.
Siddaramaiah, on hearing what CM told the Press in Tumkur and Nanjangud on tour, reacted sharply to CM’s comments on black magic practices that those who actually practised such criminal ways of subjugating those who opposed them were always afraid of what may befall them in near future. Siddu asked pressmen, how a CM can protect people when he cannot protect himself and remain in fear of life all the time. It was a ridiculous statement from CM Siddu added.
