Bangalore: State CM Yeddyurappa today referred to some opposition made charges of favouritism towards his sons in land allotments, as “trivial” and “black-mailing tactics”. He said he was not perturbed by them. All normal procedures to allot land in a prime industrial estate for a company promoted by his sons, have been followed so far, he added.
A two – acre plot had been allotted in 2007 at the Jigani Industrial Estate, to an auto – components manufacturing unit to be started with his sons as directors, when Yeddyurappa was deputy CM. Later in 2009, MP Raghavendra was allotted a prime govt site of 4000 sq. ft.
The CM refuted all opposition charges as unfounded.
