Bengaluru: Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah has warned the police officials to take stern action against those who will involve in illegal activities.
In a meeting with home department officials at his residence office ‘Krishna’ on Wednesday, he showed his unhappiness regarding involvement of police officials in illegal works like exchange of notes and real estate.
“Media are publishing news related to illegal activities of police personnel. Most of such cases have been reported from Bengaluru only. Stern action should be taken against such officers in a short span,” he said.
He further said that police are also involving in criminal activities also, such police officers and other officials should be convicted.
