Bengaluru: Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah’s elder son Rakesh (39) breathes his last at Brussels, Belgium on Saturday, due to organ failure.

He was under treatment since past one week in Brussels’ University Hospital. He was admitted in Intensive Care Unit, but he didn’t respond for the treatment positively. He was suffering from Hepatorenal syndrome.

Two days before CM Siddaramaiah had been to Belgium to visit his son in the hospital.

Rakesh’s body might be brought to Bengaluru on Sunday evening in a special flight.
