Haveri: Within three months after Narendra Modi become the prime minister the Congress party in Karnataka will split, said former chief minister and Gadag-Haveri Lok Sabha constituency BJP candidate Basavaraj Bommai.
He told reporters here on Monday that the State politics would change after the parliamentary election results.
Asked about the numbers for the change of the state government, the BJP leader said in politics, number was not important. When serious difference of opinion cropped up between Indira Gandhi and D.Devaraj Urs, a majority of legislators went to R.Gundu Rao side. The BJP would win 25 seats in Karnataka and over 400 seats in the country.
