Mangaluru : Dakshina Kannada district reported 136 fresh coronavirus cases and three deaths and Udupi district reported 79 fresh coronavirus cases  on Saturday.

Total  29,401 coronavirus cases recoded so far. Out of these, 2,616 cases are currently active.

As many as 300 people were discharged on Saturday, taking the total number of recoveries to 26,125.

A total of 660 deaths have occured so far, including three on Saturday.

Udupi district reported 79 fresh coronavirus cases  on Saturday.

The coronavirus tally in the district has risen to 21,431, Out of these, 1,314 cases are currently active.

As many as 173 patients were discharged on Saturday. The total number of recoveries has climbed to 19,927.
