Mangaluru: Krishna Palemar, the former MLA, denying the allegations made by the MLA of Mangaluru Moideen Bava said that strict investigation should be made on Moideen Bava for having connections with Deepak Rao’s murder.
On January 4, MLA Moideen Bava alleged that the main accused of Deepak Rao’s murder, Pinky Nawaz’s elder brother was a BJP member in Kaatipalla and his brother-in-law was a BJP activist in Kaup.
In a press meet on January 5, the former MLA Krishna Palemar accused Moideen Bava of misleading the public with baseless and false information. He also added saying it was a strategy of the MLA to gain votes in the coming election. And due to such interference of MLA in police affairs and illegal activities, the development of the city is on hold. He also accused Moideen Bava of having illegal cattle theft and violence in his constituency.
BJP leaders have cautioned of holding a protest against the false allegations made by the MLA.
Palemar also accused the congress government for the unfair treatment of Deepak Rao’s mortal remains that was taken through the backdoors of the hospital and handed to the family members
