Mangalore : Will former chief minister DV Sadananda Gowda don the grease paint for a film?  If latest reports are any indication, he was all likely to do so for the  Kannada film ‘Chella Pilli’ directed by Sai Krishna. According to reports, Gowda will be playing the role of a former CM itself in this film.

A stint in films is nothing new for Karnataka politicians. Even former CMs like Ramakrishna Hegde, JH Patel and HD Kumaraswamy had shown their faces in films.

Sai Krishna said  Gowda has agreed to play a role in this film which has Vijaya Raghavendra and Aishwarya Nag in the lead roles.
