Bangalore: Poor fellow, the North Indian governor and a former union Law Minister, if not a Judge of Supreme Court, Hans Raj Bharadwaj, is mentally ill and worried about BJP way of ruling the state, by corruption and more corruption if he attacks the rulers. He has taken resort in reading Bhagavad Gita which advises to fight and not to rest the weapons in the tormented mind and hands of Arjuna. Gandhiji was reading it for 4 decades and Vinoba was writing commentary on it in several languages in 20th century. The state Governor is only talking of it, while releasing a new Diary on Sunday at Raj Bhavan, “Bhagawad Gita Diary – 2011”.
Hansraj admitted that it was his duty to protect and care for the welfare of common men. He would not withdraw from that task, he made it clear. But certain problems torment him. To come out of such trouble, he read Bhagavad Gita, he told people.
The present day politicians are keen on making money not on distributing it, he added.
