Gulbarga : Dr. Dashrath Naik, M. Phill, PH.D, an expert in labor economics, infra-structure in economics and micro economics, at present Reader in Department of P.G. Studies and Research in Economics besides being a teacher who trained students of PhD, Post Graduate learning, and a senior person of over 2 decades of experience in colleges and working for Gulbarga University  has become a Villon in the eyes of Graduate students and research workers at high levels in economics and other subjects, just because he tried to harass and molest a PhD lady student being trained by him for a Doctorate degree in economics research, and subjected her to cater to his physical needs by showing Blue films of love-making downloaded on computers to excite her and force her to become a victim of his passions and lust.

This particular lady working under Dr. Naik came up from poor levels of life to a post graduate and doctorate research worker’s heights. The unnamed student who grew up in poverty and was helped only by her intellect had raised to the last step of higher education, namely a doctorate level.

This was sought to be spoiled by an extremely educated rascal of a man like Dr. Dasharath Naik, who disturbed her mind.

So, she went to the nearest police station and complained to the officer about Dr. Naik. The police officer at once contacted vice-chancellor Dr. Puttayya who was out of India in Bankok (Thailand).

Dr. Puttayya who was taken aback by the police officers call Abroad against Dr. Naik, persuaded the police officer not to arrest Dr. Naik un till he (Dr. Puttayya) returned home. However Dr. Naik was disqualified from attending to doctorate students as a guide for 4 years and was prevented from meeting the lady student whom he had harmed. The entire University teaching faculties are closely keeping a watch over Dr. Dasharath Naik, pending Dr. Puttayyas arrival to punish Dr. Naik adequately, on his arrival.
