Bangalore: Even during Yeddyurappa’s time the Jailor in central prison at Parappana Agrahara, was notorious, and Yeddy was angry with Laxminarayana, the Jailor concerned, who used to ask eagerly who came to see Yeddy in prison, and what did they talk about.
Today Laxminarayana was put on a hot plate by his suspension, on the allegation that he had released a criminal named Masood (perhaps by bribes).
The Govt order was already watching him and took the stern step this morning, without fanfare.
Masood had 72 cases in various states for one crime or the other, against him. To release him, Laxminarayana has been found a worse criminal, and put on suspension straightaway.
Madood got a bail in one case only, but LN released him as if he (M) was acquitted. It was against law, that LN acted, and he was slapped with a suspension when the iron was hot like a Tattoo.
