Mangalore : A Rs.150 Crore mega eco-housing project which is sure to change the sky line of Mangalore will be launched on 4.25 acres of green environs off NH 17 near Kadri Park in City on Wednesday.
According to Mr. Shashi Kiran Shetty, Chairman and Managing Director of SKS Netgate Pvt Ltd, the promoters, the project will be developed as per eco-friendly standards set out by Indian Green Building Council (IGBC). The sky scraper will adhere to the Silver Rating guidelines of IGBC, the first rating programme developed in India exclusively for the residential sector.
