Mangaluru:  M N Rajendra Kumar’s team gain victory in the Board of Directors election which held for  SCDCC Bank on Friday, March 22.

The candidates supported by him bagged all the 16 seats. His against team Sahakari Bharati contested for 14 seats and lost all of it.

After the election M N Rajendra Kumar said, People have confidence in me and they supported my candidates after seeing the welfare programmes implemented by me in the SCDCC Bank. Likewise, people would support me If I choose to contest in the Lok Sabha election. I know I will definitely win irrespective of who is pitted against me. I will show what I am through my developmental works”, he said.

“I am not the person who wants power for namesake. I don’t like such an attitude also. When I became the president of SCDCC Bank, 25 years ago, there was no much development here. But, after I assumed power, I came up with many developmental works which resulted in profits to the bank and also welfare of the common people. I will initiate such developmental works in Mangaluru Lok Sabha constituency if I am voted to power”, he said.
