Mangaluru: MCC revenue Officer Praveen Karkera and his team raided street vendors, fruits and vegetable sellers for selling the goods illegally at Market area on Wednesday.

“To clear the obstructions from the road, this raid was carried out. Nearly half load of fruits and vegetables has been seized and those will be given to the destitute homes aat Vamanjoor,” said Praveen Karkera.

Health officers and police were also present during the raid.
