Mangalore : Campaigning for the elections to the Mangalore City Corporation ended  after a hectic spree of door-to door visits by candidates and leaders of various parties in their bid to woo the voters and rise to power in the Mangalore City Corporation.

There were no banners and buntings thanks to the election code of conduct and most candidates preferred a door-to door campaigning convincing voters that they were the best and will  do everything to fulfill the needs and aspirations of the voters if elected.

It is now left to the voters to decided. Whether they will choose the BJP or will it be Congress after a gap of five years. One has to wait for the election to be over and counting to be held.

Until then  let all the candidates keep their fingers crossed.
