Shreyas Gopal dismissed MI Skipper Roht Sharma (35) and then Ishan Kishan (0) off consecutive deliveries. Previously, MI won the toss and elected to bat first. They are playing and unchanged XI against RR. On the other hand, Rajasthan Royals have made three changes to the team – Yashasvi Jaiswal, Ankit Rajpoot, Kartik Tyagi (Debut) in place of Robin Uthappa, Jayadev Unadkat and Riyan Parag. Defending champions Mumbai Indians will be eyeing their first win against RR since 2015 as they take the field tonight in Abu Dhabi.
