Mangalore : The two-day national level PG fest Innovision-2013 was inaugurated at Besant Women’s College on January 30, Wednesday. Teams from 16 colleges are taking part in this commerce fest organised by the ‘Department of PG Studies in Commerce of the College.
The theme of the fest is ‘Hanakotoba’, named after the Japanese form of the language of flowers. Sparkling trophies for winning teams in the fest were brought to the function venue by students dressed in Japanese attire.
Ajisai’ (Ice Breaker), ‘Sagiso’ (Best Manager), ‘Asagao’ (Marketing), ‘Bijozakura’ (Human Resource) and ‘Oniyuri’ (Finance) were the buzzwords at the two-day national level PG fest.
Mohammad Abdul Rasheed, Deputy General Manager of Corporation Bank, Mangalore (Zonal Office) was the chief guest.
Kudpi Jagadish Shenoy, President of Women’s National Education Society presided over the function.
