Mangalore: Coronavirus infection control is the priority in the district, said Dr. K.V. Rajendra, after assuming the charge as Dakshina Kannada DC at his office here on Thursday.

He speaking the reporters he said, I have already received information on corona cases in the district and various measures have been taken in the district for control of the corona spreading. The biggest challenge before us is the control of the Corona. The special priority will be given to manage corona control, DC Said.

As the previous experience in the Dakshina Kannada district, I have noticed some major issues here, the proper action would be taken in  other issues as well, he added,
