Kalaburagi : While ruling out the possibility of an alliance with the Janata Dal (Secular) in the coming by-polls in the state,
Former Chief Minister Siddaramaiah on Sunday said that the CM BS Yediyurappa led BJP government would be out of power as the Congress would win all the 15 seats for which the by-elections would be held on December 5.
Addressing pressperson here he said, Siddaramaiah tried to convey the impression that it was due to the stance of JD(S) leaders that no tie-up was possible in the by-polls.
Both Deve Gowda and Kumaraswamy have given statements that they would have no tie-up with any party and contest independently. So when they have made this statement, the Congress will go its way and fight on its own, he added.
Siddramaiah coming down heavily at the Central government said, “Even nearly 50 days after the worst floods, the Centre has not released a single paise. Yediyurappa is whiling away his time saying we will get tomorrow, a day after. Even though 25 BJP MPs have been elected from the State, they have failed to exert pressure on the Centre”
