Bantwal :  District in-charge Minister and State Minister for Forest, Ecology and Environment  Ramanatha Rai has said that he would discharge the responsibilities shouldered on him by the party effectively as a mark of gratitude to the party which has given him almost everything in the past three decades.

He was responding to a felicitation conferred  him at the  Tumbay Arafa Shadi Mahal on June 15, Saturday under the aegis of the Tumbay unit of the Congress.

 UT Khader Minister for Health and Family Welfare, also was felicitated. Mamatha Gatti, ZP member, presided over the function.

 Harikrishna Bantwal, District Spokesperson of the Congress, ZP members Chandraprakash Shetty, MS Mohammad, Mudipu Block Congress President Chandrahas Karkera, Tumbay Congress President Monappa, and several others were present.
