Karkala: The senior BJP minister incharge of Udupi, Dr.V.S.Acharya, speaking as chief guest at Bhuvanendra College in town, informed people on Friday that the Govt, proposes to start as many as 34 post-graduate colleges in Karnataka, which has 40 such centres already.
